Hi guys, currently I have a field in my database which is to estimate days left on support tickets. There are 3 fields involved.

Open date (Creation date):

Date Required (Open date +7) - This is so it will automatically set a ticket to 7 days, but this can be overwritten:

Estimated Days Left (The field I need help with):

Estimated days left states "If ( Status = "Open" ; GetAsNumber ( Date Required )- Get(CurrentDate) ; "0" )" and thus is supposed to take todays date and count down based on the data input on the date required and open date. It does not seem to automatically update however, and I am having to constantly update the date required manually by clicking into the calendar field and clicking the date required each day. Is there a fix or workaround for this which will cause the updates to occur automatically upon the change of date - to make it read the system clock and change the data in the field. Many thanks.
