Aggregating Averages to Calculate Total

Hello - I have searched through the discussions, but have not come across anything yet to help me out. I have a database that I use to record evaluations for projects. Each project has a weighted score based on multiple evaluation criteria. I have two table occurrences with a relationship between the project and the criteria. I have been able to calculate the average for each criteria (= Average (TO2::Weighted_Value), but not the additive value of those averages (= Sum (TO2::Avg). The sum calculation returns the sum of the average from all evaluators. I also have two sub summary parts set up for Projects and Criteria.  What I need is for a total of the Criteria averages for the project. So, from the table below P1 Tot = 23.9; P2 = 75.9; p3 = 99. Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated!
