How do you use assisted install on Windows?

I have an "Assisted install.txt" file for my Mac installations, which works fine. My question is how to create one for Windows.

The Windows installer is just an .exe file. What is the Windows equivalent to "Assisted install.txt"? Can I just use the Mac one, or do I have to create something different, give it a different name, etc.? Where do I put it so the Windows installer can see it?
