Mac Environment:

OS: macOS High Sierra 10.13.4

Hardware: 2013 Trash Can Mac Pro

FM Client: Pro Advanced 16
Mail Client: Mail 11.3

Windows Environment:

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Hardware: N/A (VMware Fusion 8.5.1 running on above referenced Mac Pro)
FM Client: Pro Advanced 16 (64 bit)

Mail Client: Microsoft Outlook 2016 16.0.9330.2073 (64 bit)

Script Step: Send Mail

Send Via: E-mail Client

With dialog: On
Create: Multiple emails (one for each record in found set)

Found count: 3

Desired objective: have email client generate the three emails, then allow user to selectively send/tweak or delete each of the three emails as desired.

- Mac behavior: as desired (Mail opens three separate email windows. They can be deleted, or sent/tweaked as desired)

- Windows behavior: The first email in the found set generates. If you click send, it then appears to pass control back to FM, then immediately back to Outlook and the second email appears, etc.

The problem lies when instead of clicking “Send” in Outlook, and instead click the X to delete the email, any subsequent records in the found set that haven't yet had an email generated, don't generate. It is like it exits the script at that point, and the remaining records in the found count don't get an email generated at all.

Question for any folks who may have more experience with Windows/FileMaker/Outlook for generating email via client: is there any trick to getting FM/Outlook on Windows to allow you to pick and choose which emails to send (and most importantly for this client, the ability to review and make minor tweaks to each email prior to sending) when you generate a found set of more than one, and may for example only wish to send 3 out of 5 in the found set? Perhaps clicking something other than the close X will get it to generate subsequent emails?

Thanks in advance if anyone has run into this. Note: this is anticipated to be a very low (ie: 5 or less) daily volume of emails being generated.
