Hi, I'm hoping someone had run into this issue. Our users login via remote desktop to access Filemaker and the login credentials are through active directory authentication. Let's say I have a username "Toni" and the user login without any issues. I create a new username "Tonie" and the user gets an error message "There are more than one account with that same User Name. Please contact your database administrator to resolve this. The application will close." Apparently, the username are not the same. I have other usernames (LA1, LA2, etc...) that are similar and users log in without any issues. Has anyone encountered this behavior and if so, would you know how I can resolve this?
