Greetings. I have just launched a BYOL cloud instance. I received the Welcome email from FileMaker, however, the "Setup Page" link hangs and will not load – server not responding. (This is the email that asks me to enter my Amazon account number, host name, set a password, and select my local time zone). The error repeats on different devices, browsers, and networks, before and after DNS cache was flushed.
It's an interesting URL with a # sign in the path (not where an anchor point would normally be):
I tried it without the "#" and it still hangs.
