Trying to print PDFs on a schedule.

I have tried to schedule a local FMP file to open at the same time everyday.  This file, upon open, calls a script in a file hosted on the server.  The script on the hosted file creates PDFs and saves them to the FMS documents folder.  I then run a scheduled server-side script to attach the PDFs to emails.

I have used various ways to schedule the local FMP file to open, all of which work in testing, opening the file, creating the PDFs, and saving them properly.  The problem is, when the lock screen on the server is activated (user not logged off), the PDF creation does not happen.  I have tested this process with the SMTP email as part of the hosted file's script.  It works perfectly in testing, but when run with the lock screen activated, it sends the email but does not create the PDFs.  So this really seems to boil down to FMP not being able to create PDFs when the lock screen is activated.

Has anyone experienced this and found a way to make it work?
