I have been able to reproduce this on two Mac Mini OS X servers. The servers are running OS X 10.13.4. The servers are running FMS 17.0.2. In both cases the server does not have a Commercial SSL certificate.
The issue is that with the Firewall ( OS X internal or External commercial Firewall ) turned on with all FMS ports open interactive container fields do not display. If the Firewall is turned off the container field displays normally.
If the FMS 17 is removed and FMS16 is installed the container fields work correctly.
Please take a look at discussions:
I did try this on a Windows FMS 17 server. This server has a commercial SSL certificate and the interactive container fields did display correctly. The set up is not an exact match. So I can't be sure this is a Mac only issue.
