Meaning of Warning in Recover Log

One of my important FMP applications started acting "strange" this morning so I ran a Recover operation.

Upon completion, I received the following warning:

8495 WARNING: problems were detected while recovering the database.  The recovered file should NOT be used going forward; copy only the most recent work from it into a backup copy of the original file.

2018-07-09 09:43:14.159 -0400 ADMIN.fmp12 0 File blocks: scanned and rebuilt 15348 block(s), dropped 0 invalid data block(s)

2018-07-09 09:43:14.159 -0400 ADMIN.fmp12 0 Schema: scanned fields and tables; some problems were found...

2018-07-09 09:43:14.159 -0400 ADMIN.fmp12 0   fields created to match record data: 0

2018-07-09 09:43:14.160 -0400 ADMIN.fmp12 0   field values deleted due to invalid ID or repetition: 0

2018-07-09 09:43:14.160 -0400 ADMIN.fmp12 0   records deleted due to invalid ID: 0

The warning instructs me to "copy only the most recent work ..." What is considered the "most recent?"

The warning also says it detected some "Schema" problems but it doesn't say which.

I have backups but I received similar Warnings on them.

Any suggestions on how to fix or suggested next steps?

Thanks in advance.
