I have a client who is sending emails in FileMaker using Exchange 2013 and Office 2013. When the email pops up it shows the emails as a group and not separate emails. (see attached)
Can you show how you have set up the Send Email script step?
Its a really simple step and works for all other clients.
What info do you have in that field? If you have more then one email address, then you need to make sure you have the separator correct to be able to send to many email addresses without making them into a group
You have selected to send one email to all recipients.
to send one for each record then change the setting.
Multiple emails (one for each record in found set) sends one message for each record in the found set to all specified recipients.
