Is there a way to lock User Name in General Preferences?

In the current "app" used at the law firm, it uses the user name under FMP's general preferences for identifying the user.  Yes, I know this isn't ideal, I didn't create this setup.  Each user has their own Mac and they don't use other's so having a login interface wasn't applicable at conception.

Anyhow, I'm wanting to avoid any worker going in and changing the user name under general preferences to mimic being someone else.
