Our FileMaker Server v16, under Windows Server 2012R2 started crashing day in and day out, many weeks ago.
We are trying to find what the issue is, but we couldn't find any recurring pattern.
We also downgraded the ODBC drivers to version 5.3.7 (it was 5.3.10): no change.
Under FMS version 14 and Mac OS on XServe, it crashed very often, and the issue was resolved by updating it to FMS 15, now we have a new server and the problem is reappearing.
Usually there are 20-30 active users.
No WebDirect used.
Some users access the server using PHP.
FileMaker clients access MySQL tables using ODBC.
In the Windows system logs there are messages like:
FileMaker Server 16 701 Error Database Server process has terminated abnormally
Application Error 1000 Error Faulting application: fmserver.exe - module: ntdll.dll. Exception code: 0xc00000374
Does anyone experience this same issue?
How to replicate It just happens 2-3 times a week, with apparently no recurring pattern, once or more times a day. But no clue how to trigger it.
