Question re: working with "isObjectHidden" attribute in Calculation fields

Can somebody help me figure out how to work with the GetLayoutObjectAttribute function -- specifically the "isObjectHidden" part.

I'm trying to figure out how to Find records where a certain Object is hidden. I created a calculation field with the following:

GetLayoutObjectAttribute ( "BlueBox" ; "isObjectHidden")

The idea was if the BlueBox is hidden on the layout it should return a 1, if not a 0. I can then perform a find function for records where that calculation field is either 1 or 0.

I can't seem to figure out what I've done wrong because the calculation doesn't seem to return any values -- its just blank (regardless of the visibility of BlueBox).

I've also tried some minor variations along the lines of:

If (GetLayoutObjectAttribute ( "BlueBox" ; "isObjectHidden"); "Hidden"; "Visible")

This calculation always returns the "True" condition. Again, regardless of whether the object is hidden or not!

Thanks you for any help!

Derek
