We are using FileMaker admin console V16 and our admin console was stopping tracking the server access log details.
Please help me on this.

There is not enough information to determine what is the cause of your issue, but perhaps the Admin Console is out of sync with FileMaker Server. Therefore, from the command line, run:
fmsadmin RESTART ADMINSERVER
Then, launch your browser, login to Admin Console, and see if you can access the log details.
