Related records aren't filtering records that are 2 tables away

Hello FMCommunity,

Can someone explain how FM works on filtering related records that is 2 tables away? This is a simple data structure I have built for a solution:

When I perform a find off the "Staging_Case" table and go to each table view, that is 1 relationship away, of each table occurrence, I see all related data, such as "Staging_patient", "Staging_procedure", and "Staging_specimen". However, when I look at the table view for the "Staging_Specimen_block", instead of showing the related records, it shows all records. I know for sure it has related data and it even shows the data on a layout that uses the "Staging_Case" to show the related fields from the "Staging_specimen_block" (high lighted below).

So why wouldn't it show the related records when I navigate to the table view of the "Staging_Specimen_Block"?
