I have several solutions that link to a SQL table via ODBC and show data in the FM Solutions. Ran into an issue where the SQL table for whatever reason lost the index on the primary key which is used in the FM relationships. This caused me to have to go in and resync the table in the FM solutions and update the various TO's. Did this in both live and dev solutions and everything seemed to be working on my machine.
I did an update and moved dev UI (separation model) to live and still looked fine on my end. Users said they couldn't see the SQL data from their end on both Mac and windows. Users are running 16.0v3 and I'm on v5. Upgraded one user to v5 and that didn't fix the issue. Ended up deleting the DB cache in the user library folder which fixed the issue.
Does anybody have any idea why the cache wouldn't be updated upon a new file being moved to production?
