Login issue with FMPA 17

With 2 FM accounts user get the following message when trying to logon. Message: "There is an error with your user login information. There's no location match, and you cannot proceed with login. Please see the database administrator for assistance."


I've tried deleting the account and creating it again, but we get the same message.


Any idea?
