I am trying to create an app to automate some paperwork at work. We move trailers. We need to fill out a form for each trailer we move, as well as enter most of the same information on a grid sheet which is a summary of everything we did that day. The problem I'm having is that the first paper we use has commonly used yards/factories listed and we circle one. When I have it print that page out is there any way to move a shape over the one that is selected? Right now I have a  "Yard" field in the table. I'd like to have a script that when printing checks that field, possibly with a bunch of if statements. So if "x" field then move object to certain coordinates. If it created and opened a pdf for each record that would work as well. Is there any way to do this?
