Re-setting V16 as default application

I have installed a copy of FM Pro 17 as part of my developer server licence, but of course this is a "for teams" version, unlike my current FM Pro advance 16 licence that I would prefer to be the default application for FileMaker files on my Windows 10 machine. When selecting "open with" I am only offered the version 14 I still have installed to work with clients that are less up to date, or the new version 17. Even browsing to the application in the version 16 folder and choosing the .exe file does not fix the problem, it still opens files with version 17 by default.

I seem to recall this happened when I installed a preview copy of 17 and I somehow managed to fix it, but I cannot remember how.

Can anyone help solve this? I already searched the registry but could not find anything obvious.
