OK i'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the correct way to make my DB work.
Have several hundred pieces of equipment on a job site. Each piece of equipment has 2-3+ quality checklist that must be completed before we can turn the equipment over to the owner. These checklist are all specific to a type of equipment (panel board, switch gear, transformer) and can vary from 5 questions up to 20+.
I have a table called EQUIPMENT that holds information about the piece of equipment (name, model, serial#, voltage type, etc.) I have also create some of the forms as their own table(not sure if they should be there own or not.) I can get one checklist form to link back to the EQUIPMENT form but am having difficulty on how to get more one checklist to work.
