We have a FileMaker Cloud instance currently running version 220.127.116.11 of FileMaker Cloud. When we attempt to Upgrade to the latest version of FileMaker Cloud and move through the process, it eventually brings us back to the login screen and is still running the 18.104.22.168 version.
We are not reloading or navigating away from the page while the upgrade is in process. We've attempted to upgrade twice with the same result each time. We aren't receiving the email notification that FM Cloud is supposed to send out when the upgrade is complete and we aren't receiving any sort of error messages through the console itself.
What are your suggestions for upgrading this instance? We would prefer to avoid having to set up a completely new FM Cloud instance.
