Email Filtered List with 2 Combined Columns

I am seeking to send an email with filtered records requiring 3 columns. I have a filtered portal setup to display this information already.


Table 1 Employees

Employee Name


Table 2 Attendance


On the employee record I have a filtered portal set to show a different attendance types: Planned or Unplanned. This table also contains the date the absence occurred and the number of hours the employee missed. e.g. Unplanned - 1/2/18 - 8 Hours

I am looking for a way to send this information from the Employee record, that filters the planned time away.



e.g. The body of the email would include all instances of planned time away followed by the date and hours.


Planned - 8 hours - 1/2/18

Planned - 3 hours - 1/18/18


and so forth.


Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
