I've had three iOS SDK crashes at two clients, one of which wiped out ten or so records from the filmmaker database in two tables. I know the records existed before crash, because they processed on the SQL Server side. Any idea what's going on? How does a crash take out every record in a table? And related tables? Can I send in the crash report from Xcode to find out what happened?
TomEdge:
Thank you for your post.
A crash should not remove records from a table unless the record was not committed. Any records added to a portal in that original record could also be lost.
I have sent you a private message with instructions where to send the crash report.
