MacOS update today -- Command Line Tools (macOS High Sierra version 10.13) for Xcode

All of a sudden I'm getting errors on all database: "Fmp: Communication Error: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found - This can be due to an invalid username or password, or if the FMPHP privilege is not enabled for that user."

That user is enabled, the password hasn't change, nor has the user (these are all baked into the PHP code and the databases haven't been touched)

It was working before the upgrade and began returning this error immediately after rebooting subsequent to the update.
