How do I forbid a user to customize the toolbar?

Found this on FM11 and FM17 hosted on FMS11 and FMS17. Tested on multi-platform.

As I'm upgrading from to FM17 I've noted the "Share" button on the toolbar of FM17 and I removed it by simply right clicking on the toolbar -> "Customize Toolbar" and drag it out (I don't want my users to have this possibility at all!)

Everything ok so far, but my database is accessed by over 50 users and I've noted that any user can do the same and add/remove any icon from the tool bar.

Once they save, those toolbar changes are applied for everyone.

I want to be the only one (as Admin) to be able to customize the toolbar and don't allow the other users to screw it up. They should NOT be able to access that menu (see attached), or at least should not change settings for everyone.

CUSTOM MENUS: I tried to create custom menus without the "View -> Customize Status Toolbar...", but any user can still right click on the toolbar and drag things around.

I could not find anything inside the "Security" privilege sets to allow/disallow toolbar customization.

Is there any way to do this? ...Am I missing something? :-/
