Thank you in advance for any hint
See the text underneath the compatibility table in this knowledge base article:
"all other versions are not compatible"
which is stronger than "not supported"...
FileMaker versions 11, 12, 13 are not compatible with macOS 10.13 in the sense that they crash. Sometimes just after startup, sometimes one can work for a while. Some users managed it to run those versions as they installed a vanilla 10.11, installed a fresh copy of FM, then updated the os to 10.13, maybe 10.14
In our expierience, older versions than 14 make too much problems. 14 does run, but we had slow-downs when fm-networking. Customers who did run V12 under 10.13 encountered crashes and inconsistent data due to crashes
We do *not* recommend to run those versions under 10.13 and newer - what makes problems here since we do support older FM solutions...
Again, I would be very happy if FileMaker/Apple would support more than just the latest 2 versions... people around here are on the way to move to the windows platform because of this ~2 years - cycle
