How do I post to a temp folder using FM Cloud?

I am new to FM Cloud, and frankly, non-local use of FM.

I want to move/export data from one table (a basic file with only the import fields visible for client use) to a more advanced table where the "real work" will be done.

Since I can't export/import the FM file it has been suggested that I export to csv, then import that.

However, I can't find a place/path to export it to on the FM Cloud server, only local paths.  Am I missing something (probable)?  Wouldn't it be faster to export to the FM Cloud server, then import it from there vs importing from a local file?

Do I use the fmnet:/xx.xxx.xx.xxx/filename structure as the path? Or try to create a folder in which to put the temp files.  I don't need to store the info as it will need to overwrite with each transfer.

Thanks in advance!
