Decoding FMs GetAsURLEncoded() with PHP

Hey folks,

So I'm passing some variables in a URL (i.e. MyPage.php?item=2354&title="My Title"&location=Here)

I'm encoding the URL to take account of the special characters that may sometimes show up, but what I can't seem to do is DEcode the string in my PHP page.

I've tried PHP's html_entity_decode() and htmlspecialchars_decode() to no avail.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,

Ryan
