Field Search Is Not Working Properly

The fields highlighted in yellow are working. I can start a find and get back records containing my search object. The personnel box is not searching properly. We did the most recent file maker update and now when you search this field or any of the other fields with the yellow magnifying glass you get results fairly quickly but you they aren't all related to your original find. For example, I might do a find for R4 in the SRU tab and get back records a large portion of records that don't have R4 listed anywhere in the entry. Here is a screen shot of the database.
