Suddenly FileMaker 17 pro advanced (32bit last version) cant open filemaker files.

Are you able to create a test database file? If so, after creation, close and reopen. Does this work?
Since this occurred "suddenly", something has changed with FIleMaker or the operating system. Try creating a new Windows user account, login to the new user account, launch FileMaker Pro 17 Advanced and try again. Does this work? If not, perform a reinstallation of FileMaker Pro 17 Advanced.
