Is a Sledge Hammer the only solution?

Out of nowhere some scripts are now hanging on my MacBook (only).

High Sierra: 10.13.6

FileMaker Pro Advanced: 17.0.2.205

Patience Level: 0

I've tested this on other Macs accessing the same Filemaker Server files with no issues. On my Mac, I get the beachball of doom.

Here's what I've done so far (in order):

  1. Burst into tears
  2. Uninstall FileMaker (with an app uninstaller)
  3. Reinstall FileMaker
    1. Apply Updates
  4. Burst into tears
  5. Back my Mac up via Time Machine
  6. Reinstall via Time Machine
  7. Uninstall FileMaker (with an app uninstaller)
  8. Reinstall FileMaker
    1. Apply Updates
  9. Burst into tears
  10. Uninstall FileMaker (with an app uninstaller)
  11. Run EasyFind for everything on my Mac with the string "filemaker"
    1. Removed everything I could find (lots of hidden stuff)
  12. Reinstall Filemaker
    1. Apply Updates
  13. And now...

Nothing else on my Mac seems to be working incorrectly.
