Hello, I'm completely new to the Filemaker and am working in Filemaker Pro. Previously I created databases in Access and have moderate/advanced knowledge of it.
So far I LOOOOVE it but I'm stumped on a couple of things.
1. I figured out how to add drop down lists to a form (cities for example), however, I cannot figure out how to enable the user to add content that is not currently there and have it check for duplicates.
2. I am working on a customer information form. Many customers have multiple ship to addresses. I have a form with tabs and a ship to tab. I also have a ship to table and have the relationships linked to the contact id, city id, state id, etc. but it's not working. I need a list of all the ship to's and the ability to add them in that tab.
3. How do you create a sub form?
I apologize if my terminology is not correct, I will learn it. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!
