The server is version 16.04 on Windows Server 2012. It has been running without issue for over a year. about 10 days ago I update the 360 Works cloud mail plugin to the latest version. Without making any other changes we now are finding that the dozen or so scheduled Scripts run on the server all fail for Server timed out or the server stopped(691). Since I can see that in some cases the message is less than a min apart it must be that it stopped. This happens with more than one database.
When I try and go in to edit the schedule it will not let me do it. It says no scripts available for this account. That, of course, makes no sense since these have been set up and running for a long time.
I have tried restarting the server box itself which did not make a difference. At this point, I am at a loss to explain what this is or what to do. I guess I could try disabling Cloud mail plugin and its scripts and restarting the server and see if everything works.
Any other ideas or thoughts?
