Filemaker Cloud password reset

My log in credentials for FMCloud are saved by Safari, so I can't believe I've entered them incorrectly. I also manually entered the email address and password, but they didn't work. So, I clicked on "Forgot your password?". There, I entered my email address and the Amazon account number (which I've double-checked). A password reset did not happen, and I get the message "Error encountered. Please try again later."

I have tried many times, always with the same result. How else can I log in to my Cloud Console? I have been able to log in to it without trouble in the past...
