A client wishes to offer a PDF document for sale using an existing WebDirect web store (previously only selling hard copy documents). I'm thinking about strategies for how to allow the user access for download but to not reveal the actual location URL of the document. I do plan to use a tokenized link back through WebDirect (and a script) that will expire after 24 hours or 3 connections, but that doesn't prevent the user from copying and distributing the final URL that the tokenized link resolves to. The PDF will not be password protected, we simply don't want the actual download URL to be able to be copied and used again later or distributed. Thoughts?
