I am thinking to buy GoDaddy SSL certification for my customer's servers. The package that I want to buy is "Protect Multiple Websites (UCC/SAN)" - Up to 5 sites (you can see the option on the link below).
My question is, can I use this option for my 5 different customer's different servers?

While this certificates technical can work, it is not recommanded to do it in your situation.
Besides the encryption and protection of the transport of your data, another task of a certificate is to assure to the user that a server/website belongs to certain organisation or person. This is verified and assured by your certificate authority.
Since the several domains belong to several organisations, it will probably not pass the verification process.
In your situation it is better that every customer has his own certificate(s). If a particular customer has multiples servers/websites, you can ofcoarse buy a SAN or wildcard for him.

You might be better off just getting individual certs for each server and domain name from something like namecheap.com or cheapsslsecurity.co.uk - both do Comodo PositiveSSL DV certs for £6-7/year (and cheaper if you purchase multi-year) which work well with FMS 16 and 17 from my experience.
