Launch IOS FileMaker Go App With Desktop Alias

Is there a simple way to Launch an IOS FileMaker Go 17  App with Desktop Alias (or whatever the icons are called on the IOS desktop). I have a simple app that runs fine on iphone, but people find it very confusing to open the FileMaker Go folder then choose the app they want to use. In fact, many times opening the FileMaker Folder simply runs the last app opened and does not give one the option to even choose the one they want.

Although I am a long-time FileMaker user I am fairly new to FM Go and IOS. I looked at Configurator 2 and did not find a way. I looked at SDK, but it requires knowledge of Xcode, which I don't have, and it looks like you can mess things up royally if you don't know what you are doing.

I am hopeful there is some simple thing I just don't know that will let me do this.
