I had an issue with a Runtime solution in FM16 (tested on Windows 10): if a user - I did four times - tries to login with wrong credential, he/she can't login with correct user/password combo afterwards.
login is organized as follows:
Start file with auto login user without password ( and any rights)
User chooses a role from dropdown
User enters password in global stored text field
a script does a relogin with these values
if successful, the credentials are used to open the solution
error capture is turned on, 212, 213 and 214 get a dialog after which FM is stopped and the user has to try again.
If the error is triggered once, no problem - solution starts again.
If the error is captured more than 3 or 4 times - no login possible.
I can not find any documentation on this topic:
How many attempts trigger this behaviour?
How long do I have to wait for retrying (must be more than 60 minutes)?
Do I have to reboot the system?
Appearantly I need some help
Edit: added the FM-Version
