Get ( ActiveModifierKeys ) not reliable via Mac Screen Sharing ?

sometimes I run Filemaker from a remote screen shared mac (in fast user switching mode), but very often Get ( ActiveModifierKeys ) remains stuck, as if the shift key was always pressed.

Other remote software don't act like this (as a matter of fact the keyboard palette exhibit wrong behavior, but if I type texte I get lower case text).

Sometimes fiddling with Get ( ActiveModifierKeys ) in the data viewer unstuck it.

Sure my remote mac is only 10.2.6, and I don't plan to upgrade it.

Has anyone also encounter this issue ?

I tried with FMPa 16 or 17
