I have created a solution that tracks worker start dates for contracts and generates an email. At present I have a calculated field that generates the record information and a script with a list() bundles them together and spits out the email. What I'm trying to figure out is if it is possible to add a grouping into this list building process so that records per department are grouped together and labeled - just the once per group occurrence.

employee C details
employee D details
Pointers to get me looking in the right direction would be appreciated. I'm not sure what aspects of my scripts/calculations will be useful reference so please let me know what info if any would help with solving this.
