I have downloaded a file from a clients server. Had to run recover. The following is the message I got:

They are on a Dell Server, I am on a MAC:

my system

iMac 5K 27" 2017

os ver 10.14.1

FMP17 Advance ver 17.0.3.304

40 GB of ram

 

Any advice or a phone number to call.
