Execute SQL with reserver keyword and date not working

I have an execute sql script step that is returning a ?. One of the fields in the table is Day, which is a reserved keyword for SQL so that is why I formatted it like \"Day\".  Clock_in is a time field and both $PUdate and Day are date fields. I would appreciate anyone's feedback on why this isn't working. This is the code I use to set my variable and I get the ?.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Let (

[

DriverID = $Driver;

BeginDate = $PUdate

]

;

ExecuteSQL (  "SELECT Clock_In FROM  Employee_WorkTime WHERE Driver_ID = ? and \"Day\" = ?"

;

"";"";DriverID;BeginDate)

)
