I cannot access my developer licences keys in my profile area, or anywhere else for that matter, can you point me in the right direction, please
The links are no longer displayed on the community site, you should have received an email from FileMaker with links to you licence key and software downloads, the email may have come from email@example.com. or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you did not receive this or cannot find the email then contact email@example.com. and they should be able to resend.

I did receive two emails on the 10 of November, one just after I made the order, from Store_Order headed order completed, and one the next day from Orders EMEA, with the Invoice as a PDF, neither has licence keys.
What do I do now?
Depending on how long you have been a FDS member, and if you signed up for the first time or renewed in November, you should have received an email about FileMaker 17 in May/June, otherwise I would expect it to come though soon after 10th November.
Do a search for "software download, installation license key(s) and more" in your email application and see if anything comes up, this is always in the line above the link in all the emails I have received, also worth checking your spam/junk folder just in case.
If not then either contact customer support, or TSGal or tsplatypus may be able to help you out when back online in the new year.
I used the email you have on your Forums account to locate your FDS. I have resent them. Our FDS is now sent out like all our other orders, so it will be emailed ESDs from now on. With that, you should be good to.

If you get the email with the ESD link in it, you need to click that link to get the downloads page. This will get you the installers and the License Keys.
I sure that you think I am mad, but although I am reviving your emails, I have not received an email with a link to the keys, or the keys, and I checked very carefully, including SPAM.
It the Same email account for everything
To be a little more clear. The email you receive should be a link to a web page with the Electronic Software Download (esd) link. You will not receive the key(s) by email.
For example, my ORDER COMPLETE email has something like this:

Nevertheless I have not received such an email, I have checked all areas of firstname.lastname@example.org.
This is my private account, and I receive a relatively small number of emails each day, so looking through is not a hard task

I can verify that I have sent it. I have hit the resend button several times. If you aren't getting it in that email, it might be a good idea to call into tech support and verify some information and have it go to a different email. But I have sent it, without a doubt.
