How to get FM files out from an old iOS backup

Hi everyone, I recently changed my old iPhone (iOS 10.x.x) with a new one (iOS 12.x.x) and I had the app Filemaker Go 13 with a simple file in it.

After restoring my backup I found out that FM GO 13 is not compatible with iOS 12.x.x

I'd like to take the FM file out and place it in the new FM GO 17 app but I can't find the way to do it.

iTunes doesn't see the old app and files in the file manager and I also tried iExplorer app to see if I was able to get a copy of that FM file, but didn't see anything there (just an empty folder named "Filemaker")

Does anyone ever had this problem? I have a copy of the FM file but I'd like to keep the records I had in the phone one.

Anyone has any suggestion on how to get the file out of a iOS 12 device (or from a iTunes backup)?

Thanks for any suggestion and have a rocking 2019!
