Issue with Insert from URL posting a file

I am trying to get the following command (created in postman from a working example) to work within FileMaker with Insert from URL. The error that I get back from the API is {"success":false,"message":"ERROR Submitted file path does NOT exists"}

Is there some kind of conversion that needs to happen to the path when doing this? I have also tried to upload the file by pointing it to a container field like "-F file=@" & GetFieldName ( ContainerField )

What am I missing?
