We're having an issue with an FM Cloud hosted solution for one of our clients. The system is designed to hold scanned field notes as a PDF (multiple pages) in a container. During data entry the PDF is opened in a separate window so staff can refer to the handwritten notes as they do data entry — which requires that the container be set to allow interactive content.
When used locally, or accessed via standard FM Server (not FM Cloud) it works as expected. However, when hosted on FM Cloud (AWS) the interactive content does not appear — instead we see an incomplete scroll bar and a blank field (see attached screenshots).
Temporary — but not ideal — workaround is to Export Field Contents and open locally.
FM 188.8.131.520. I'm on MacOS 10.14.2; Client is on an unspecified version of Windows.
Is this a known issue? Adobe licensing issue?
