"No scripts are available for the specified account" message when scripts do exist

Filemaker Server 17 on Windows Server 2012


Using the FMP Admin Console, I duplicated an existing schedule that works. I wanted to change the duplicate to point it to a different script within the same database, using the same credentials.


When I tried to edit the script I got the error, "No scripts are available for the specified account.”


Same problem occurred when using a web browser local to the server or remotely, and even after a server reboot.


I eventually got it to work by choosing a different database and then re-choosing the intended database.


This sort of behavior has been present for many server iterations. It behaved similarly with v16. I'd have to go 'back' in the setup process to the previous window, then forward again for it to work. Version 17's GUI is different so that's not possible but apparently the root of the problem is still there.
