How do I format a report to show both totals and sub-totals?

I have created a report and would like to format it to get sub-totals based on the Primary IDKey and then simply totals at the end of the report. However, each time I run the report, this is the result (please see attached). Can you please review the attached and perhaps point me in the right direction?
