How to avoid empty nodes using xsl

Hello,

I did not find a simple way to ignore empty fields for the whole xml using xlst sheet, exporting XML FMPDSORESULT.

Actually i am working around by using this technique on the xsl file which is, i am sure, a bad way to go, although it is working  :

<xsl:if test="//fmp:Field != ''">

      <node>

          <xsl:value-of select="//fmp:Field"></xsl:value-of>

      </node>

</xsl:if>

THANKS for your help !

Fred
