Some browsers will let you bypass the security warning. If you’re using Chrome, look for an "ADVANCED" button on the warning page.
I guess I didn't explicitly ask: how to renew certificate?

Not possible to access FMCLOUD
You may want to call FileMaker Tech Support. If you want to try to work around it on your own, this page explains HSTS and how to clear it on Chrome and FireFox.
The solution (per Filemaker) is to go to FMCloud directly through the IP. This can be obtained in AWS.
This time the warning message on Windows Chrome does indeed include a "continue past warning" option, allowing you into FMCloud. You can then renew the certificate.
